Now if you talk about cartoons in Ghana the first name that comes in mind is PokaArts, that guy is toooo good with his Arts, am a fun of arts and even if you don't like arts the moment you see the works of Poka you will love Arts. this guy is responsible for some of the serious and trending pictures on the net right now, talking of the new stories pictures, the local names and their meanings, indeed he is doing a marvelous work when it comes to art in Ghana right now he is doing really good. below are some of his edited pictures.
